Since its inception in 1970, Elfco has been a leading supplier to contractors and OEM manufacturers in the Chicagoland area. We specialize in supplying the commercial/industrial electrical and mechanical trades. Our core products include power tools, hardware, hangers, consumables, jobsite supplies and safety products. The outside sales staff has over 100 years of combined experience serving the construction industry to assist you with all of your needs while the inside sales staff is ready to service your needs from 6am to 5pm. At Elfco we pride ourselves on customer service and continually train our staff to keep up with the latest products and industry advances. We offer free, on time delivery with our fleet of 12 vans, 2 box trucks and 2 stake beds when and where you need it. Constructed in 2006, our state of the art 60,000 sq ft facility is stocked with over 19,000 items. Our computerized inventory system insures that material you’ll need for all your projects arrives on time.

Hangers/Strut/Rod/Anchors

Our warehouse is stocked with thousands of feet of strut and rod in all sizes. Materials include steel – both green and galvanized, stainless steel, aluminum and fiberglass. We stock strut in 10’ and 20’ lengths, including back-to-back and concrete insert. Custom lengths of strut and rod may be supplied on request. We carry the widest inventory of strut parts and accessories in the Midwest. Our stock includes a full line of Powers Fasteners anchors including Drop-ins, Wedge Bolt, Bang-it, Vertigo, adhesive, powder actuated and seismically rated Powerstud, and Snake anchors. We also carry pipe hangers and can provide you with a full line of hanger products from both Anvil and B-Line

Tools/Equipment

We stock tools and equipment including a full line of power tools from Milwaukee, DeWalt, Bosch and Metabo. Elfco is a full line distributor of Ridgid power equipment, Greenlee Tools, Burndy Tools and Honda generators. We also carry hand tools from quality brands like Channellock, Klein Tool, Wright Tool, Cooper Tool and others.

Hardware

We stock thousands of hardware items including a full line of bolts, nuts, washers, and screws. We offer an extensive inventory of stainless steel and high strength hardware. Our reserve also includes B7studs in many sizes. If you have a project that requires specialty hardware items such as USA melt or Teflon coated we can provide them for you. Consumables

We carry all the consumable items you’ll need for your projects including steel and carbide bits, diamond bits and blades, hole saws, cutting blades, grinding discs, wire brushes, files, cutting oil, chemicals, caulk, duct tape, electrical tape, Teflon tape, and spray paint. Our inventory also includes pulling rope, string, measuring tape, mice and inflatables.
